Data controller

Data processed
The appointment and contact forms process your name, phone number, e-mail address and your message. If you share health information in a form, it is used only to answer your request and plan your appointment.

Health data is a special category of personal data. It is processed on the basis of your explicit consent or for medical diagnosis, treatment and care, by persons bound by confidentiality and limited to your request.
Transfers
Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with the competent authorities where required by law, and with laboratories, hospitals or IT providers only as far as the service requires and only for that purpose. The website may be hosted abroad; in that case, transfers are limited to the safeguards provided by the Law.
Your rights
Under the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to access it, to request its correction, deletion or the end of its processing, to withdraw your explicit consent and to apply to the Personal Data Protection Board. Retention and cookies
Form records are kept until your request is concluded and for the legal retention periods, after which they are deleted or anonymised. The site uses only a necessary session cookie for security and form verification.
